🌟 How to Prepare & Upload Your Videos

Follow these simple steps to get your videos ready for your Memory Orb.

Step 1. Gather Your Videos

  1. Create a new folder on your computer.

  2. Place all the videos you want to upload into that folder.

Step 2. Install the Video Converter

  1. Go to: https://www.leawo.com/pro/video-converter-ultimate.html

  2. Download and install Leawo Video Converter Ultimate.

Step 3. Convert Your Videos

  1. Open Video Converter Ultimate.

  2. Click Convert at the top of the window.

  3. Drag and drop your videos into the converter window.

Set the Output Format:

  1. Under Output Profile, choose MP4 Video.

  2. Click Edit and adjust the settings:
    Video

    • Resolution: 480 × 480

    • Codec: H.264

    • Quality: Best

    Audio

    • Codec: MP3

    • Quality: Best

  3. Click OK to save your settings.

Optional: Edit Your Videos

  • Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to each video to trim or adjust it.

Convert Your Videos

  1. Click the Green Convert button.

  2. Select Agree → Convert → Finish (Green).

  3. Your new converted videos will be saved in a folder (often called com.leawo.tmcu).

Step 4. Transfer Videos to Your Memory Orb

⚠️ Important: Make sure your Memory Orb is turned off before connecting it.

  1. Plug your Memory Orb into your computer using the USB cable.

  2. Turn on your orb. You’ll see a USB symbol appear on its screen.

  3. On your computer, a new drive (usually named NO NAME) will appear.

  4. Open that drive, then open the video folder.

  5. Drag and drop your converted videos into the video folder.

  6. When finished, safely eject your orb:

    • Drag the NO NAME drive to the trash/bin (or select Eject).

  7. Unplug your Memory Orb.

Step 5. Enjoy Your Memories!

Turn on your orb and watch your favorite moments come to life — beautifully preserved and ready to relive anytime. 💫
